"Helpful, but a bit frustrating"
The BART info was easy to understand, but I was disappointed with how scattered the shuttle and pickup details were. It took me longer than it should have to piece everything together, which made the experience feel more confusing than expected.

I checked flysfo.com before my trip because I like having a sense of what I’m walking into, and it made me feel a lot better. I was expecting the airport to be super crowded and stressful, but it was busy without feeling overwhelming. The lines moved at a decent pace, and most areas didn’t feel too cramped. I was also a little worried about noise near the gates, but it wasn’t bad at all and I could still hear the announcements clearly. I used Fly SFO before our flight to look up accessibility options, i was pleasantly surprised by how simple it was. I found the details about wheelchair assistance, accessible parking, and where we needed to go without feeling like I had to click around forever. From my perspective, having that information clearly laid out made a big difference because it took away a lot of the uncertainty. It definitely made the airport experience less stressful for both me and my mom.

This was a frustrating start to my trip. I could barely find a parking spot, and the prices felt way higher than I expected. The website didn’t really make things easier or give much helpful info either. If you’re flying out, I’d definitely recommend giving yourself extra time and checking other parking options nearby before you go.

"Okay airport, but restrooms could be cleaner"
SFO was okay overall, but the restrooms I used were kinda messy. There was paper on the floor, and one of the sinks wasn’t working. It definitely wasn’t the worst experience, but for such a busy airport, I kinda expected the bathrooms to be kept a little cleaner

"Helpful, but charging info could be clearer"
I used Fly SFO before my flight because I was already a little stressed and low on battery, so I mainly wanted to figure out where I could charge my phone at the airport. The site had some useful info, but it wasn’t very clear about where the charging stations actually were. Once I got to SFO, I did find a few spots, but most were either already taken or didn’t seem to be working that well. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for such a big airport, I expected charging to be easier to find.

My bags were dropped off quickly, which was nice, but I did feel a little pressured and rushed through the process. It got done fast, so I can’t complain too much, but the overall experience felt a bit hurried

"I was heading to SFO and doing…"
I was heading to SFO and doing the usual last-minute check of my bag, boarding time, and all that stuff before leaving the house. I also took a quick look at flysfo, mostly out of curiosity, and the security wait times ended up being accurate. It helped me decide which checkpoint to use, and I got through quicker than I thought I would. Not a huge dramatic thing, but it definitely made the whole airport trip feel a lot easier

"Wifi worked good at SFO"
had a good time using the wifi at SFO. It connected quick on my phone and didn’t keep cutting out like some other airports do. I checked my emails, messaged my ride, and got maps loaded without any issue. My mobile signal was fine around the terminal too. Overall it was smooth, made waiting for my flight not as annoying.
